Manifest is an outdoor, rain or shine event. The venue is a fenced area and there will be trash and recycling on site but please take with you everything that you bring and help us respect the beautiful grounds by not littering and thinking green.

Entry

Gates Open: 11:30 AM

Festival Starts: NOON

Festival Ends: 10:00 PM

Parking
There will be parking for busses, RVs, & cars available in limited numbers so get them early! Parking is on site, fenced and secure, and we encourage everyone to carpool for discounted entry. Free secure parking for bicycles. There will also be a coat check for personal items. See Ticket Link for more.

A PICKUP/DROPOFF point for ride sharing etc, will be designated near entry gate. For entry location see Site Map.

Restrooms

There will be VIP and ALL ACCESS PORT-O-POTTIES on site, with a kid zone potty, breast pumping area with refrigeration for storage, and a DIAPER

CHANGING STATION for families.

Tents . Canopies . Blankets

We expect a few clouds and sun! Oakland gets pretty warm in May so be prepared. Bring a tent, canopy, or your favorite picnic blanket and stay for the day! See Site Map for TENT/CANOPY area.

Yoga & Workshops

Baagan Vegan Food Truck will be serving healthy and delicious food you'll love, inspiring sustainability and compassion for a better tomorrow.

We will have water for sale and there will be a FREE watering station located near the food & picnic area. See Site Map for location.

Manifest is a community event and a community effort, if you would like to volunteer we would love to have your help! Volunteers receive a free gift pack as our thank you with fun surprises. CONTACT US and send an email with the subject: "VOLUNTEER".

Security . First Aid . Lost & Found

SECURITY will be on site and available for the entire event.

FIRST AID KIT and LOST & FOUND will be located at the Information Booth, see Site Map for details.

KidZonly*

Kid zone, super fun for the little ones! Family friendly area with a chill space, little artist collaboration table with free collectible papertoys & giveaways...

The KidZonly space is mom & family friendly with a breast pumping station nearby (bring your own pump please!) that will have refrigeration available for storage, plus a diaper changing station

*Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Phone Zones
As you explore and enjoy the venue space and many installations, you will notice PHONE FREE ZONES. We think a lot of wonderful things happen when we put our devices away and just connect! In addition to that this is a family friendly event and while some areas are meant to be photographed, we ask that parents and children are respected in areas with signs posted accordingly. There will also be a phone charging station.
